the walking dead, compendium one
…otherwise known as my latest addiction.
we picked this up at a small kiosk in o’hare on our way to ireland. they had volume 2 as well, but at 1,1000 pages each, these things weigh about 5 pounds a piece. phil ripped through it on the trip and i fell instantly in love when he passed it on to me.
alas, volume 2 was gone by the time we shuttled back through o’hare.
we have the day off… getting #2 is today’s mission.
note: the graphic novel has a different storyline from the tv series, so there are lots of surprises. if you like the show, you’ll like these books. highly recommendable.
