Shooting at University of Texas, shooter dead →
Yet another campus shooting. Thankfully the assailant took his own life without having killed or injured anyone.
Given that no innocent people were hurt, I have no qualms in pointing out that the prohibition on concealed carry on UT’s campus, indeed on many university campuses, would not have served to prevent such an incident. Just a thought.

Games not art after all, say angry gamers →
This review indicates confirmation bias is not restricted from gamers. Given that the reviewer did only a cursory criticism, which was met with an overwhelmingly negative response.
Interpretation as art should not be viewed as less, but rather more rigorous. In addition to that, no entertainment, regardless of how mindless, exist outside of culture and thus invites such criticisms. Indeed,...
